Privacy policy

Data reaches us only when you send it yourself through one of the two forms on the site.

The contact form, that is an appointment request:

• full name
• phone number
• e-mail address, if you choose to give one
• the chosen treatment or area
• preferred date and time, if given
• the content of the message

The review form on the visit rating page:

• the rating given
• the content of the message
• first name, if given
• phone number or e-mail address, if you want a reply

We do not collect health data through the site. If you include information about your health in a message, we process it solely in order to reply, and only to the extent that you provided it yourself.

• Handling your enquiry and contacting you back to arrange a time, on the basis of the consent you give when sending the form.
• Responding to feedback sent through the review form and improving the quality of our service, on the basis of our legitimate interest.
• Establishing, pursuing or defending claims where necessary, on the basis of our legitimate interest.

Providing data is voluntary, but without a phone number or e-mail address we will not be able to reply.

Form data reaches us by e-mail. On the way it passes through two technical providers:

• the hosting provider that runs this site
• the automation provider that forwards the form content to our mailbox

Both process the data solely on our behalf and only to the extent needed to deliver the message. We do not sell data, we do not share it for marketing purposes and we do not pass it to anyone other than those listed, unless required to do so by law.

• Messages from the contact form are kept until the matter is closed, and then for the limitation period of any possible claims.
• Messages from the review form are kept for as long as they are needed to resolve the matter and improve our service.
• If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will do so, unless a legal obligation prevents it.

At any time you have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it
• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
• have your data erased
• restrict the processing
• object to processing based on legitimate interest
• data portability
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

At present this site uses only the cookies necessary for it to work. We store only the choice you made in the consent banner, so that we do not ask the same question on every visit.

The banner also shows an analytics and a marketing category. To be plain about it: no tool from either category is currently running. The site collects no visit statistics and runs no advertising. We will switch these categories on only once we actually deploy such tools, and only then will your consent have any real effect.

You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.

The contact page embeds a Google map with directions. The map loads automatically with the page, so opening it means connecting to Google servers and passing them your IP address and browser details. Google may also store its own cookies. This happens under Google rules, which we do not control. If you would rather avoid that connection, please do not open the contact page - the address and phone number are also in the footer of every other page.

Links to our profiles on Facebook, Instagram and Booksy are ordinary links. Clicking them takes you to an external service that applies its own privacy rules.

Booking takes place on Booksy, which is an independent controller of the data given during booking and applies its own privacy policy. The form on our site does not book a slot: it is an appointment request, which we answer by phone.
